summer job 2009!

temporary contract

we're taking on crew members to work with James on the road over the summer - that is the festival season between June and September. If you've just thought: "wicked - free entry to all the festivals, partying till the small hours and a bit of work every now and again" - this isn't what you're looking for.

sure, it'll be fun but it's going to be hard work most of the time. you need to be:

• good at listening, great at motivating
  You'll be managing and training volunteers at each festival, plus talking to and looking after myhabers.
• totally dedicated
  We're on the road for almost the entire summer so, to really enjoy it, you need to put your heart and soul into it.
• hard-working
  This is a physical job - setting up and taking down three days either side of the festival - so lolly-gaggers and lead-swingers need not apply.
• able to drive (preferably)
  We want everyone to be able to share the driving between events.

volunteers

we're looking for volunteers to help out during the 2009 festival season. In return for a free pass you'll be helping to set up and break down the myvillage. And you'll be on hand for the duration of the festival to help people out and answer their questions, as one of the myhab crew. We'll work it so everyone gets to see some of their favourite bands.
